Nashville Branch of TBARC has a few things coming up over the next couple of months to help local folks kick their AR season into high gear.

1. NASHVILLE BRANCH MEETING
REI Brentwood (Wednesday February 25 - 7pm-9pm)
A great chance to meet other middle TN Adventure Racers. We'll talk about plans for Nashville, upcoming races, upcoming trainings, gear and other great stuff. Refreshments provided.

Open to both TBARC members and non-members (you can purchase a TBARC membership that night if you would like to for $25). Updates before the meeting will be posted here:

2. NAV TRAINING DAY
Cheatham Wildlife Management Area, Sat March 14
The date for this was just confirmed, so not a lot of detail right now. More to follow but I wanted to get the date out so you guys can mark your calendars.

A couple of items though:
a) similar in format to Bear Creek and Bull Mtn trainings - on foot and on bike (approx. 20 CP's). You can make the day as long or as short as you would like based on fitness level, experience, weather etc.

b)open to TBARC members only (all members from all branches are welcome)

c) non-members can purchase a TBARC membership for $25 on the day

d) Todd Essig from Nashville (and a couple of his partners in crime) are setting the course


3. MIDDLE TN OFF-ROAD DUATHLON (mtn bike/trail run)
AEDC Tullahoma, Sat April 11 (9am)
Approximately 10 miles each of mountain biking and trail-running at Arnold Engineering Development Center in Tullahoma. Open to TBARC members only (non-members can purchase a membership on the day).
