12 WEEK COACHED RUN GROUP FORMING NOW!
Ever wonder how well you could do if you had a coach plan your whole season?
Interested in running your first 5 or 10K but don't know how or where to start?
Have a goal of running the Country Music Marathon or Half Marathon?
Got a couple extra pounds under your belt and need some motivation to stay fit throughout the winter holiday season?
You are invited to join our run group which will run from November 2, 2009 to approximately January 31, 2010 which will be coached and designed by professional endurance coach
Richard Baker, the Triswami himself
and assisted by Brice Menaugh, Certified Personal Trainer and Elite Runner
You will get the opportunity to participate in 36 organized, progressive sessions for only $50! AND you get a free Tech tee to train in.
We are able to offer this program at such a great price thanks to the generous support of STATE FARM agent CHRIS SHEFFIELD, himself an avid runner. Organizational meeting at Endurance Monday November 2 6:00 pm if you can't make the meeting, please email me with your contact info, goals and running experience. dan@endurancesportsandrec.com
First run Tuesday November 3 on the road, 6:00 am at Endurance
The coaches will design a few 12 week programs designed to incorporate varying levels of fitness and personal goals.
All levels of experience (or lack thereof) are welcome. Bring a friend, meet a few more, enjoy running!
Road runs will start at Endurance. Water/sports drink provided. Shower available so you can go straight to work. No excuses!
Tentative schedule: Tuesday 6:00 am Track workout at local HS track; Wednesday 6:00 am moderate road run from Endurance; Thursday 6:00 PM Track workout (you should only do one track workout weekly); Saturday 7:00 am Long road run from Endurance
Program is primarily designed for beginners to serious age group athletes looking to take their running fitness and skills to their own personal "next level." Elite athletes are welcome.
Multiple routes/workouts will be pre-determined for each session to fit varying levels of fitness, experience or personal goals. Yes, YOU are qualified to join this program. Triswami and/or Brice will be present at each track session. |
