Athletic Club Northeast will be the first Expedition Level Sponsor for the TrailBlazers Adventure Racing Club

The TrailBlazers Adventure Racing Club (TBARC) is excited to announce that the Athletic Club Northeast is its first Expedition Level Sponsor. 

“This is an ideal partnership for our two organizations,” commented Zach Doppel, TBARC President.  “ Not only will they be sponsoring two of our club events (Siege on Fort Yargo and Midnight Rush Adventure Races), but they will be providing us with club meeting space and other swag for our events.”

“We are very excited to sponsor the TrailBlazers Adventure Racing Club,” said Karen Smicik, General Manager of Athletic Club Northeast.  “We are pleased to open our doors for a great adventure racing club while exposing people to our great facility.  We have already been able to turn over three new teams to adventure racing in our short time working with TBARC.”

Athletic Club Northeast is seeking to expose its members to adventure racing while also providing a facility in which to train for races as well.  The Club has a multitude of amenities including two pools, 8 tennis courts, group exercise classes, weight and cardio rooms, racquetball, rock climbing, massage, children's facility and many more.  They recently hosted a navigation clinic in which participants were able to practice their skills on a course on the campus of the club.

Trailblazers Adventure Racing Club is the Southeast’s largest club devoted entirely to adventure racing.  The club helps it members improve their skills via trainings, clinics, workshops and races.  It also has one of the most comprehensive AR websites on the net.  Other benefits of membership include reduced entry fees for select local and national races, discounts on gear and certification classes, and custom club swag.  There are currently chapters in over ten cities and six states.
